Gents are offered the flexibility of a walk-in service, ensuring that however hectic your schedule, you can always get your hair cut at your own convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be assisted by a member of our friendly reception team.  You will find a supply of the latest magazines and daily newspapers in our reception area ensuring that your time with us is comfortable.
We offer a variety of styling techniques, including traditional and modern cuts .

We use the highest quality designer finishing products including Fudge, Chill and American Crew.  These products are all available for purchase and you can view our range on the Products Page.

We offer a non-appointment walk-in service for gents for most of our services.  An appointment will be required for colouring in order that we can provide you with the level of service required to meet your needs.

Boys
Bringing your boys to Whelan’s Hairdressing is both convenient for you and fun for them. 
By using our non-appointment service, it means you can fit your sons’ haircut around your own busy life.
There are colouring books and crayons in our reception area to keep the younger ones occupied before having their hair cut, along with magazines to keep older children amused, and all children will be offered a lollipop afterwards.
The same designer finishing products are used on the children as on the adults, including American Crew, Fudge and Chill and to make the visit extra special, after each hair cut, children are offered coloured spray in a variety of colours and glitters, free of charge.
We also stock a wide range of colour and glitter hair sprays, by Hair Colour, which are great for special occasions and parties. *

* Washes out with shampoo.  We do not advise that these products are used on bleached, dyed or permed hair.  People with fine hair or light blonde hair should proceed with caution and test a small area first.
